About the role

At Vidtory (vidtory.ai) we're building AI SaaS products for media, graphics, video and e-commerce. The team is small, fast-moving, and flat — but the direction is sharp: ship products good enough to go global.

We're looking for a Product Engineer — someone who doesn't just enjoy "building features", but genuinely loves building products.

This role sits at the intersection of product, design and engineering. You won't just pick up tickets and code — you'll go with the team from understanding users, generating ideas, designing flows, shipping features, gathering feedback and iterating until the product actually gets better.

You'll report directly to the CPO and be closely mentored by them, while working day-to-day with the whole team — CEO, CTO, support and sometimes customers themselves. If you want an environment where the product is built very close to real users and real problems, this role is for you.

What you'll do

Build and iterate on products like Brand Studio, Fashion Studio and Ecom Studio alongside the team
Work across product thinking, UX/UI and frontend execution
Listen to customers, support and usage data to improve the user experience
Be involved from early idea all the way to production
Sit directly with users or customers in some cases to understand real pain points

This role uses AI heavily

We operate AI-first. AI isn't a side tool — it's a core part of the daily workflow.

You'll use AI for:

Ideation
Research and planning
Writing specs
Flow and UI/UX design
Coding and testing
Documentation and gathering feedback

You'll be given Claude / Google AI accounts and are encouraged to treat AI as a "teammate" that speeds up both output and quality.

Can turn an idea or a piece of feedback into a concrete flow, UI or feature
Proactive, strong ownership, clear communicator
Comfortable sitting with users or customers to understand real needs
Thrive in a lean, fast-moving team with lots of room to learn and get hands-on
