Privacy Policy

Vidtory respects your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect personal data when you use Vidtory products.

1. Data we collect

Vidtory collects the following types of data to deliver and improve the Service:

  • Account information: Email, display name, password (hashed), company name (optional).
  • Payment information: Transaction history, pack purchased. Credit card details are NOT stored by Vidtory and are handled by our payment partners.
  • Content you upload: Product images, brand assets, character refs, prompts, projects — used to generate your content.
  • Usage data: Pages viewed, features used, credits consumed, IP, browser, device, error logs.

2. How we use data

Vidtory uses collected data for the following purposes:

  • Operating the Service (generating images/videos, storing projects, accounting for credits).
  • Processing payments and issuing invoices.
  • Customer support and responding to your requests.
  • Improving product quality, fraud detection, system safety.
  • Sending transactional email (payment receipts, security notifications). Marketing emails only with your consent.

3. Sharing with third parties

Vidtory DOES NOT sell your personal data. We only share data with partners needed to operate the Service:

  • Infrastructure providers: AWS / Google Cloud / Cloudflare for storage and delivery.
  • AI model providers: Image / video generation providers — only data needed per request, no permanent storage outside Vidtory.
  • Payment processors: Payment gateway partners (e.g. Stripe, VNPay, Momo) for transaction processing.
  • Analytics & monitoring: Analytics and logging tools for performance, error and security monitoring.
  • Legal authorities: When required by lawful request from competent authorities.

4. Your rights

You have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you.
  • Request correction of inaccurate information.
  • Request deletion of your account and personal data (except data we must retain by law).
  • Export your data in a readable format.
  • Withdraw marketing email consent at any time.
  • File a complaint with the competent data protection authority.

5. Retention

Vidtory retains data for the duration you use the Service, plus the time required to comply with the law (e.g. invoicing, accounting) or resolve disputes. After you delete your account, personal data is deleted or anonymized within 30 days, except parts we must legally retain.

6. Security

Vidtory applies reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data: in-transit encryption (HTTPS), access controls, backups, anomalous access monitoring. However, no system is absolutely secure — please protect your password and enable 2FA where available.

7. Children

The Service is not intended for users under 16. If we detect an account created by a minor, Vidtory will delete the account and related data.

8. Policy changes

Vidtory may update this Privacy Policy. Material changes will be notified via email or in-product notice before they take effect.
