Terms of Service

By creating an account, accessing, or using any Vidtory product (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Vidtory may update these Terms from time to time. New versions are effective upon posting on this page. You are encouraged to review them periodically.

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify Vidtory immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

Each account must be tied to a valid email address. Vidtory may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Vidtory offers AI image and video products that run on a credit model. Each generation consumes a fixed amount of credits as published on our pricing page.

Credits are sold as packs (monthly or yearly), with no automatic renewal (no subscription, no auto-charge). Credits expire clearly per pack and become invalid past expiry.

All payments must be completed before credits are granted. Displayed prices may or may not include VAT depending on the market — final pricing is shown at checkout.

Unused credits are non-refundable in cash once a pack is activated, except where Vidtory fails to deliver the Service as committed. If a system issue causes credit loss not caused by the user, Vidtory will restore the equivalent credits.

Content (images, videos, characters, projects) you generate on Vidtory is yours to use commercially. Vidtory claims no ownership of your output.

You warrant that you hold the legal rights to all input material (product photos, brand assets, model likeness, voices…) you upload to Vidtory.

You MUST NOT use the Service to create, store, or distribute content of the following types:

The Service is provided "as-is". Vidtory makes no warranty that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet any specific need.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vidtory's total liability to you for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the total amount you paid to Vidtory in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You may terminate your account at any time. Vidtory may suspend or terminate accounts upon detection of violations, payment fraud, or system abuse.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service and any remaining credits will end. Vidtory may retain minimal transaction data as required by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent court in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
